Pictures help. But there’s no substitute for putting your hand on a railing and walking up a set of stairs. Our showroom at 101 Resource Road in Kingston has full-scale stair displays, railing samples in every material and wood species options side by side.
Stairs are the one trade that touches every other trade’s timeline. When we’re late, your flooring guys wait. Your painters wait. Your client calls you asking what’s going on.
We don’t do that. Our sales reps have 70+ years of combined install experience. They catch problems at the quote stage that others miss until install day.
